How do I place an order?
The first step will be to register - please click on the Registration link above in the header banner, and follow the detailed instructions on how to register. To place an order, you will need to log in online with your email address and your password. Orders placed online are efficiently and accurately processed and stored in our secure database. When you are registered, you are sent a password that allows you to sign in, place orders, and access your 'My Account' page, where you can review your past orders, and change your password.
Can I place my order by fax, email or telephone?
No, you must log in and place your order online.
What if my log in does not work?
If your e-mail address and your password do not work, click on the blue link that says "Forgot your password?". This will send a new password to your registered email address, which can be changed if you wish once you are logged in. To change your password after log in, just click on the link at the top left of the page which says "My Account" and it will give you the option to change your password. Your password is encrypted, and we do not have access to it. If you forget your password, you will need to click on the 'Forgot your password?' link, and you will receive a new password via email, allowing you to log in and then change your password.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes - The minimum order is 10 items in any combination. There is a $10 processing fee that is waived on all orders of $100 or more. Shipping is free within the USA. International orders are F.O.B. Raleigh, NC.
How do I pay for my order?
If paying by PayPal, a PayPal invoice will be sent as soon as stock levels of your order are verified. If paying by credit card, the credit card on file will be charged prior to shipping. On your first order, you will be called for your credit card information. For international orders, a PayPal invoice will be sent, payable by either PayPal or credit card (no PayPal account required).
When will I receive my order?
After payment processing has been completed, orders are normally shipped the same or next business day via USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 day delivery in the USA). There may be a delay during holidays or market events. International delivery will vary and may be subject to customs delays.
Do you ship overnight?
No, we do not offer overnight shipping.
Why are the wholesale prices not visible on your site?
Wholesale prices are not visible until we have approved your registration and you log in with your user name and password.
Do you backorder products?
No - we do not backorder products. If stock levels are insufficient for a particular product, your order will be shipped short. We will send you an email when the shorted item is restocked.
Can I change my order after the order is placed?
Possibly - if your order has not been processed and shipped. If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately to notify us of the details of your changes.
What if there is a discrepancy in my order?
Please contact us immediately if there is a discrepancy in your order. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Any other return requests will be handled on a case by case basis within 10 days and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Yes, and shipping charges are based on weight.
