Registration Process for WholesalePursePatterns.com

WholesalePursePatterns.com is a business-to-business online website offering purse patterns at wholesale pricing to retail businesses, e.g. quilting shops, sewing supply stores, craft stores, or fabric shops, etc.. We only sell to retail businesses that have established brick-and-mortar or online shops. We do not sell to large discounters, buying clubs/cooperatives or consignment shops. We validate retailers during the registration process by verifying that they are legitimate retail businesses with an established website or brick-and-mortar shop.

Please do not submit registration information if you do not have a retail business that is craft or sewing oriented. If you are starting a new business, please contact us after your new business is established.

To register with WholesalePursePatterns.com, please use the form on the Contact Us page, and provide the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Company Address (billing, and shipping, if different)
  • Full name of contact person
  • Email address
  • Website address URL, if applicable
  • Telephone number
  • For payment we accept credit cards and PayPal. If your payment method is PayPal, please provide your PayPal email address. Do NOT provide you credit card number at this time.
  • Please provide a brief description of your retail store operations and types of products sold, and other information such as how long have you been in business, etc.
  • Please submit a copy of your business documentation. The business documentation provided should show your business name, address, Tax ID, and the date of issue. The preferred business documentation is your state Tax ID or Sales & Use certificate or Seller’s permit. For the 6 states that do not have a state sales tax, please provide business documentation showing your business name, address, and contact information. For international retail shops, please provide a copy of your applicable business licensing documentation, including consumption tax, VAT, or sales tax documentation. Your business documentation may be faxed to 206-222-4748, or you can scan the documentation and attach it to an email (please request email contact for providing this information).

When the registration email is received, the information will be reviewed within 2 business days. If your registration is approved, you will receive an email with your initial password; your username is your email address. With your password, you will be able to log in to your account, view wholesale pricing, place an order, and access your account profile to change your password. When you place your first order, you will be contacted for your payment information.
