The Quick Change Bag Pattern by Black Cat Creations is designed by Claudia Pruett Atchison and has instructions for creating an outer bag, allowing your to switch out your bag linings. Buttons (16) are used as fasteners for the lining to the outer bag and the finished size is approximately 12" x 9" x 3".
