The Interchangeable 3 Bag pattern kit by Ellen Medlock has a SILVER frame/handle that is interchangeable - just make several bags with the pattern and slip it on the frame! There are easy to follow directions, pattern pieces, and a metal frame/handle. Finished size is approximately 6" wide across the top tapering to 8" wide at the bottom by 9" high by 2" deep. Chain is not included and is optional.
The frame/handle color is silver.
