How do I place an order?
The first step will be to register - please click on the 'Registration' link above, and follow the detailed instructions on how to register. After registration is completed, a welcome email is sent with a password that allows you to sign in, place orders, and access your 'My Account' page, where you can review your past orders, and change your password. After you are registered you can place an order by logging in with your email address and password (click on the 'Log In' link), then adding patterns to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout and confirmation of your order.

What if my log in does not work?
If your e-mail address and your password do not work, click on the link that says "Forgot your password?". A new password will be emailed to you. To change your password after log in, just click on the link at the top left of the page which says "My Account" and it will give you the option to change your password.

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes - The minimum order is 10 items in any combination. There is a $10 processing fee that is waived on all orders of $100 or more. Shipping is free within the U.S. The $10 processing fee does not apply to international orders.

How do I pay for my order?
After your order is placed, the stock levels are verified, and an email is sent requesting payment via PayPal (no PayPal account required). You will be able to pay by credit card, or you will have the option of logging in to PayPal to pay using your PayPal account (if desired).

When will I receive my order?
After payment is received, orders are normally shipped the next business day via USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 day delivery in the U.S.). Small orders that weigh less than 1 pound will ship via USPS First Class Mail Package Rate (2 to 5 day delivery in the U.S.). There may be a delay during holidays or market events. International delivery will vary and may be subject to customs delays.

Why are the wholesale prices not visible on your site?
Wholesale prices are visible after log in.

What if there is insufficient stock?
You can use the comment box to indicate the desired quantity of the desired pattern. If the pattern is available, your order will proceed with a shipment delay of about 1 week (delayed until the new stock is received).

Can I change my order after the order is placed?
Yes, you can change your order any time up until the time that your payment is completed (your order is shipped upon received payment).

What if there is a discrepancy in my order?
Please contact us immediately if there is a discrepancy in your order. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping charges are based on weight, shipped via United States Postal Service either First Class Mail International Rate (up to 4 pounds) or Priority Mail International, from Raleigh, North Carolina.
